6. Lenny St Jean, Associate, Personalised Care – Personalised Care going forward/Community Workshops

Co-Production in Action Conference 3 March 2022 Sharing plans the Personalised Care Programme intend to use to provide and support community groups, charities, organisations etc to co-design a community response to a current need. During April and May, Personalised Care will be hosting a series of 5 x workshops for NHS staff and community focused groups, charities and CICs etc to better learn how to co-produce work and tackle some of the biggest challenges in health for the community.
