Harvest of the Month: Eggs

Ingredients List ● 1 cup water ● 12 eggs Directions 1. Place water in the instant pot. 2. Add in the steam rack and set eggs in on top of the rack in the instant pot. 3. Place the lid and cook for 5 minutes on high pressure. 4. Let the pressure release, then do a quick release and remove eggs from the instant pot and place in an ice bath. 5. Let the eggs sit in the ice water bath for 5 minutes. 6. Remove the eggs and peel the shell.
