This week I'm doing something a little different and sharing an update on my first and second trimester of pregnancy as a first time mother. I speak about fertility and preparing my body to fall pregnant; giving up coffee and sugar and going gluten-free for the health of the baby; and the symptoms I have and haven't had - including morning sickness nausea, chronic rhinitis and fatigue.
