8 Minute Slim & Sculpted Thigh Workout ▼▼▼ This week's workout will help you to slim down your thighs by toning the quads, hamstrings, adductors, and glutes to firm up your thighs. But if you are storing a lot of fat in your hips, butt and thighs you may have an excess amount of the hormone estrogen; and this is down to your liver not being able to cope with and detox excess estrogens from your body. ***7 Things you can you do to help lower estrogen and reduce lower body fat: 1.
