20 Minute Total Body Dumbbell Workout | Low Impact | No Jumping. I love how effective this workout is, my whole body feels sculpted in just 20 minutes. Make sure you do a quick warm up before starting the workout as this workout does require strength and stamina. I am using 4kg dumbbells. We have 5 compound movements. We do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Once we complete the circuit you have 1 minute recovery. Then complete it 3 more times.
