20 Minute Fat Burning Cardio Workout | HIIT Do you want to burn fat fast? This workout has 4 moves to turn your body into a fat burning machine. We do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Once we complete all 4 moves we rest for 1 minute then repeat the whole series 4 times through.
