What is quiet quitting? Quiet quitting is defined as doing exactly what your job description is and not going above and beyond for a company. The problem is.. not going above and beyond for a company does more harm to YOU than the company. Companies don't deserve talent that they refuse to compensate and we shouldn't allow ourselves to reduce who we are because of an enterprise that doesn't recognize our talents or wants to compensate us for our skills.
