Problems with the Executive Order | Executive Order Explained | Rent Moratorium | Unemployment

There are big problems with the executive order. Let's discuss the four executive orders and explain what they are (and what they aren't). We will touch on the executive order over student loans, unemployment, the rent moratorium and payroll tax deferral. I'll also discuss in the comments what effect this have on the stimulus check being proposed. After months and months of quarantine and confusion over the seemingly millions of stimulus check proposals, we enter August with an underwhelming variety of executive orders and still no stimulus check. So what is the fate of the second stimulus check? I believe that this can go ether one of two ways; Either this will put some fire under congress because Trump has made it seem like they don't care for the people because they can't come to an agreement on anything. Or, this can slow congress down since people will be getting some form of stimulus whether it is through payroll tax deferral for the employed or an extension of unemployment benefits for the unemployed.
