Is Buying a House in 2021 a Good Idea | Stimulus Check Lie | Money velocity Over Time is Problematic

Mini rant today because as we look at all time highs in the stock market sitting right next to record breaking unemployment numbers I can’t help but be confused. Let’s talk about buying a house in 2021 because I have been wondering if I should buy a house with all this market manipulation and forced demand with these rock bottom interest rates. We ALL know that it isn’t sustainable, but the question is how long will it take before it pops and are we willing to wait around for that moment? What if it never comes?? As we borrow ourselves into more problems and create currency to spend friviously, the money velocity over time should pick up. The problem with that is that it will absolutely widen the wealth gap given that once the money touches the higher-ups they will hoard it, which gives the average people less money to work with as there is not as much currency floating around. Last but certainly not least, these stimulus checks and the “fight” for the American people is getting old. We have waited for about 8 months to only be greeted with a well less-than-expected figure. Is this what we waited all this time for? The stimulus bill passed and I'm still trying to figure out how did we go from $1,200 to $600? I want to talk to my attorney and see if I can be compensated for mind games!! This is a game the government and federal reserve are all too familiar with, planting the seed which influences people and then hit ‘em with the old “bait and switch.” This is why it is important for us to be our own central banks and take care of ourselves.
