HEALS ACT| NEW SENATE PROPOSAL CRUSHES Unemployment | Benefits Update | Second Stimulus Check

Second stimulus check update! Let’s talk about the senate proposal, the HEALS act. Specifically, did the second stimulus check pass, who will get a second stimulus check, when to expect the second stimulus check, update on unemployment benefits, updates on student loan payments, discussions of the payment protection program (“PPP”) and more! While this 2nd government stimulus check might provide relief for some, it will not be sufficient for most people and it has the potential to set us (and future generations) up for a bad economic downturn. The $600 unemployment benefits expired and the economic stimulus package calls for extended aid, but what we really need job creation and innovation. $200/week is not much for a person with a family! They will provide $1200 dollars however that wouldn’t cover even one month of rent for many Americans so what happens when that money runs out and unemployment is slashed?
