THE ULTIMATE STRENGTH TEST – HOW FAR CAN I GO? I took on one of the toughest bodyweight strength challenges I’ve ever tried… and I seriously underestimated it! This test was set by my coach, Gudmund (who you might remember from my previous videos), and I had no idea what I was in for. Let’s just say this session completely shocked me—both physically and mentally! The workout sounds simple: 1 pull-up, 1 push-up, 1 squat. Then 30 seconds rest. But every round, I add one more rep to each exercise. 1… 2… 3… 10… and beyond! The real challenge? Once I hit my limit, I have to go all the way back down. As a climber and boulderer, upper body and core strength are key, but this workout tested my endurance in a way I didn’t expect.
