This sausage tortellini Alfredo honestly felt restaurant quality, and it came together so fast. The homemade Alfredo is just butter, garlic, cream, and Parmesan, and it coats the tortellini perfectly without being dry. I’m still not the biggest Italian sausage person, but this one was the best I’ve tried and I would make it again.
