Beginning this Tree Ring Resin Free Form Sculptured Vase using a Birch wood Panel covered in two layers of Shrink Wrap and the luscious colors of Pearl White, Pink and Purple. This will form the first section of this 2 layered vase. After the Tree Ring is poured I added Pink and White and Amnesty Stones to the edges and let it cure for approximately 4 hours to the tacky stage. Once the resin was at the tacky stage and I was sure that it would not run or drip I used a Draping Cup and gently laid the resin with the shrink wrap side down over my draping mold and let it cure in this shape. Be sure to catch Part 2 of this project when I pour the second Tree Ring Resin and attach the two sides together to form my completed vase.
