This is the third and final video on Making Circles with Alcohol Inks. A mosquito made a landing strip in my last layer of resin and I was going to have to sand and flood coat. In Part 2 Video Brooke G Artistry commented that she liked the piece as is (sans mosquito) with the negative space and she had me convinced that was the way to go. Then Sugar and Spice commented that she also liked it and the only suggestion she had was maybe add some crushed glass. OOOOOO YEAH! What a great idea! So I took the negative space suggestion from Brooke G Artistry (check out her channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChbA1dOe8qehIinfAreaB1Q) and the crushed glass suggestion from Sugar and Spice and Voila' I feel my piece is complete now. I added clear crushed glass only to the inner part of each circle, leaving the edge of the circle visible so the Ink color in the first layer and the Gold in the second layer perfectly outlines the 3D look the crush glass adds to the circle. I added the last layer of Stone Coat Counter Top Art Coat Resin and I think it turned out gorgeous. Thank you to everyone who was joined me in this 3 part video kreative escapade.
