How to Bend Resin for Curved Standing Resin Sculpture

In this video I will demostrate how I bend resin to create curved free standing Resin Sculptured Candle holder. Starting with a Resin Pour onto a Silicon Mat, using a resin with at least a 45 min. working time, and then adding the other designs elements (acrylic gems), and allowed it to cure for about 4 hours and then laying the mat over a round object for approximately another hour to start the curve. Then using black binder clips I clipped the corners of my mat together and one in the middle and allowed it to sit overnight. For the next 7 days I put the round vase into the center of my mat and allowed the resin to cure into the circular shape. I will add a clear coat of resin over the whole piece to add some depth to the design and it will be complete.
