Geode Fall Colors Part 2 #BlingItMica #ColourArte #BlingItContest #YT100

Here it is, Part 2 of my Fall Geode for the Bling It Contest using Champagne Pearl Mica Flakes, Rezin Arte Luster Pigments and Galaxy Diamond Pigments. This was a great and fun challenge. Using these luscious products turned out some really cool effects. I was not expecting the swirling with the multiple dimensions of color in the Luster Pigments and the Galaxy Diamond Pigments to be so prominent in the design of this Geode. But it added so much to the overall beauty of the piece. I did have to change one aspect of my original design and that was to the center gold area. I originally planned to use the Chunky Fool's Gold to the center but I think the Extreme Sheen 24Kt Gold paint was overpowering the Chunky Fools Gold and I didn't want to waste such a cool product if it was not going to be Center of Attention. So I instead I used some Gold Leafing in Rose Gold which really blended well with the other colors in the design and I am quite satisfied with that change.
