Embellishing Metal Tray w/Patterned Holographic Vinyl - How a piece of vinyl can teach patience!

This is a fun video of how a small piece of Holographic Vinyl can torment an artist! Adding Holographic Vinyl to a piece of art creates an awesome design element but it can turn out to be a real lesson in patience! I love this sweet little Fall Blessings metal tray. The quote in the center is so encouraging to remember we are all blessed in one way or another. But I wanted to dress up the tray by adding some fall colors. I ran across this awesome patterend Holographic Vinyl in Hobby Lobby and instantly knew I had found just what I needed. I wasn't prepared to fight for it though! I don't want to sound discouraging because it really was my own fault so let me say, watch the video and learn from my mistakes. SPOILER ALERT: If i had started by adding adhesive to both the tray and the vinyl this would have been a breeze!
