I had a few spare minutes after I dropped the kid off at baseball practice to run to the course and get my own practice in. I had about 60 minutes to try and get the most out of my practice session and I felt I was successful. My natural inclination was to go to the range and just go through all my clubs and call it a day, but instead, I started off with putting to warm up the body. Then I headed to the range to work strictly on scoring clubs - nothing higher than a 7 iron. Then it was just chipping and putting for the rest of the hour. I felt like I left the course more confident in my short game which will take more pressure off my long game when I play this evening.
