Blend but do not purée, leave chunky. Place in a sauce pan, stirring continuously, heat to boiling. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in oil. Store in refrigerator. Serve with corn chips. Note: adjust the jalapeno amount to suit your taste buds. #cincodemayo
