GIBLET GRAVY

Orginating in the South, giblet gravy is a must for a holiday! No Thanksgiving or Christmas meal when you are serving chicken, turkey, duck or goose is complete without giblet gravy. This is the first time I have ever made it and I decided to "wing" it by not looking up a recipe or watching a video and I have to say it was delicious! The addition of a boiled egg makes it rich and creamy. Watch the video because I don't really have a recipe, and I'm sure my mother didn't either.
