Blue Cheese Dressing or Dip

Blue cheese dressing is a classic addition to chicken wings. The tangy and creamy is a contrast to the spiciness of the wings. It is also the perfect salad dressing for the vintage Wedge Salad. 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c mayonnaise 1 T lemon juice 3 drops hot sauce 1/2 t Worcestershire 4 t minced garlic 3 T blue cheese crumbles Mix well. Store in fridge for 2 weeks.
