White gouache for highlights
For highlights, I like using white gouache because it gives you that opaque pop on top of darker, muted washes. It’s especially useful with these dusk/shadow palettes where you may want a few bright accents back at the end. A solid white gouache is one of those studio basics I keep reaching for.
