WORKING OUT AT PLANET FITNESS THIS SUMMER? ☀️💪 Let’s work out together! For the next 13 weeks, I’m sharing 65 beginner-friendly workouts (5 every week) that I’m actually doing myself to get in better shape this summer (I’ve got to lose some extra weight I’ve gained, so I get it!). Whether your goal is weight loss, building confidence or just finally getting started in the gym, this series is for you! We’ll primarily be doing HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style workouts, which means you won’t have to stress about machines being available. You’ll be able to get an effective workout in using minimal equipment, a small amount of space, and a combination of strength and cardio exercises. You’ll just need an interval timer (I use the Seconds Interval Timer App, but you can use whatever you like!) and I’ll let you know exactly what to do.
