SLALOM PROBLEM? My first (and only) issue with the Ozark Trail FS.2 Slalom Dual Suspension MTB

My first problem with the Ozark Trail FS.2 Slalom full suspension mountain bike is the pivot mount bolt tightness. In the case of my bike it might be a forever pivot as I cannot loosen the bolt. It is so tight from the factory that even an impact drive can't loosen it. Does this take away from the bike?
