Damaged Ozark Trail Slalom FS.2 MTB | Factory Damage or Shipping?

A new Ozark Trail FS.2 Slalom Dual Suspension mountain bike, the one everyone wants - and overall great bike for the money....arrived not so ready for assembly. Either the bike was damaged before it went into the box at the factory, or it was damaged during shipping. There is box damage in the problematic area, but it doesn't perfectly line up with the bent parts.
