This Happy Gotcha Day card celebrates our youngest Sheltie, Buster Brown, and I had so much fun going all out with the details. I’m using sprays, alcohol markers, PanPastels, and lots of shaping to create a realistic paper clematis bloom, along with a BetterPress background and a few fun finishing touches.
