We finally got a little duck pond set up for the ducks and let me tell you… they were loving every second of it! Watching them splash around and enjoy the water made all the work worth it. But not everything today was easy. We also had to make the hard decision to sell one of our big sows. She’s been a big part of the farm, so it definitely wasn’t something we took lightly. Sometimes on a homestead you have to make tough choices for the future, even when they aren’t easy.
