Come spend a couple of weeks with me in this weekly vlog where I’m basically living on the London train line, trying new food spots, and keeping myself feeling good with lots of pilates. It’s one of those “real life” stretches where I’m juggling little trips into the city, fitting in movement when I can, and making the most of the in-between days at home too.
