This is the Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro I unboxed, and it’s one of those big multi-cookers that’s supposed to do a ton in one pot. I like that it comes with a clear cooking guide and ideas, and I’m excited to test it as a slow cooker replacement and to try searing and baking in the same pot.
Pros
- +Multiple cooking modes (slow cook, sauté/sear, bake, steam, keep warm)
- +Nonstick pot and “easy to clean” design
- +Includes a cooking guide/cookbook with instructions and ideas
- +Can sear and then bake in the same pot (my planned first test)
Cons
- -Large, takes up counter/storage space (another gigantic kitchen gadget)
- -Handles and exterior can get hot, so you need mitts
- -Unboxing only—performance depends on real cooking tests
