how i dial in espresso using illy classico with breville barista express I beginner's flow series

hi guys, after trying lavazza super crema, i decided to try #illyclassicoblend and this is how i dial in a new type of beans with my #brevillebaristaexpress mind that i'm still new to this and my pulls might not be as perfect as how it should be. i am also aware that the best way to pull a good shot of espresso is to use freshly roasted beans. but for now, i'll be practical and just go with store-bought coffee beans. at the end of the day, it's still coffee. 🤗 i would love to know your thoughts, tips, and questions so please don't hesitate to comment below. thank you.
