Hi, me and Ibrahim went to the Philippine Embassy today for the 3rd time around to submit our documents for Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage and we are just so happy that they finally accepted it. Since October last year, after we got engaged in the Philippines, we immediately started gathering all the necessary documents for the marriage. But we didn’t expect that it would take us this long to accomplish them all. Since I am a Filipino marrying to a non-Filipino, I admit that we had a hard time completing all those requirements compared to other couples out there with the same nationality. I would like to make a separate video soon about the requirements, steps and other infos that we have encountered along the way which might help specifically couples with partners in different nationality and are planning to tie the knot here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As of now, we are still on our first step and hoping to have a smooth journey towards our big day! 🤵🏻👰 If you have any questions related to this topic, please click this link: https://youtu.be/QcwnKvodXGQ Thank you. ❤️ ————————- Gear: iPhone 7 Editor: iMovie —————————- Follow us on Instagram: @themekkaouis ————————- Fun fact ⚡️Ibrahim’s Nationality: Ghanaian - Lebanese ⚡️I am obviously from Philippines. ⚡️Proud Bisaya! 🙋🏻♀️ ⚡️We are both 29 years old
