In this vlog, I’m in full “errands weekend” mode because Toronto is about to get freezing and I want to get everything done before I can properly hibernate. I head to the Eaton Centre with a very optimistic plan to mostly use gift cards (my coworkers seriously spoiled me after a big project), grab a few makeup top-ups, and start pulling together the last pieces for Paris. I also update you on the coat saga: I’m officially taking the Dynamite coat because multiple people told me it’s the one—and honestly, I trust the Paris-approved opinion. There’s a cozy little haul moment (yes, we went over budget… by $106.23) with my airport outfit dreams coming true: a Twik matching set in the prettiest espresso brown, plus dress pants that actually fit and feel flattering. I also do some travel prep at home—filling tiny bottles, labeling everything, and getting that “my trip is tomorrow” feeling even though it’s not. Then I thrift at Value Village for a Paris handbag (thinking pickpocket-wise), find a Disney shirt for Disneyland Paris, and somehow leave with a blue coat I absolutely did not need. And finally… I do it. I get bangs. Wispy, heavier on the sides, barely there in the middle—exactly what I wanted. I’m obsessed, and I feel like I’m officially ready for Paris.
