If your Pulse Elite dongle is plugged into the back of the PS5 and you’re getting random disconnects, a USB extender is the simple fix I swear by. I use it to bring the dongle to the front of the console—away from heat and with a cleaner line of sight to the headset. Since doing this, I’ve had zero disconnects.
