Lake Las Vegas Desert Camping Adventure | Food & Scenery

This week we escape the city for a quick camping adventure near Las Vegas! We start by exploring beautiful Lake Las Vegas before heading out to Lake Mead for a quiet night of camping under the desert sky. Since it’s close to Cinco de Mayo, we turned it into a Mexican-themed camp night and made crispy beef tacos for dinner at camp. The wind had other plans and got a little wild, but it made for part of the adventure.
