Bread Proofer
I tested this folding bread proofing box specifically for sourdough, and it solved the biggest issue I have—my kitchen gets cold in the winter and my timing is all over the place. With the temp set to 79°F, my starter doubled in about 4 hours and my bulk rise went way faster than normal. I also really like that it folds down small for storage and has a clear window so I can check progress without opening it.
