When FAILURE is NOT an Option - POTA 3-fer

After a day of medical imaging, I had some time to do a Parks On The Air @ParksOnTheAir (POTA) activation from US-1743 White Clay Creek State Park @DelawareStateParks17 US-0898 White Clay Creek National Wild & Scenic River @NationalParkService and US-9881 Pomeroy and Newark National Recreation Trail in Newark, Delaware at one location where all three POTA entities meet.
