The Moen Flo is one of the first things I installed because I’m genuinely paranoid about floods. It monitors usage, runs micro-leak tests, checks water pressure, and can warn you via notifications, calls, texts, and emails—then shut off your water automatically if you don’t confirm what’s going on.
