I used the DrunkDeer Antler software mainly to adjust the actuation point on the magnetic switches, since the on-board shortcut didn’t work on my unit. It also lets you tweak RGB, but the switch customization is the real reason to download it.

Pros

+Lets me change actuation point across a wide range (0.4mm to 3.6mm)
+Useful backup when on-board shortcuts don’t work
+Can also control RGB settings

Cons

-Software feels less necessary if your on-board controls work
-RGB customization still isn’t as deep as some big gaming brands
