How to Manage your Lead Gen VA the Easy Way

There are really only a few steps to the process: 1. Make a video for how to do the job instead of typing up in the chat log. Its easier to ensure all steps are there as well as share with a new lead gen person when the time comes to expand or hire a new person. 2. Keep your doc in Google Sheets. There's no need to be sending excel documents back and forth between all parties involved when you can access & see what's going on in real time. 3.
