HOWL R1
The HOWL R1 is the compact, $350 little brother to my R4, and it fixes a lot of the complaints I hear—price, size, and fuel efficiency. It feels overbuilt, stable, and genuinely hot (around 800°F), with a raised flame panel that’s efficient and keeps the ground cool around it. If you want a professional, non-DIY-looking big-flame propane fire, this thing is pretty slick.
