This NYX Make ‘Em Wonder Soft Matte foundation is one of those under-$20 formulas that looks like professional makeup on the skin. It gives excellent coverage, a soft-matte finish with a little glow, and it wears beautifully on my oily, textured skin—my only issue here was the shade pulling a bit olive on me.
