Rheem Ikonic Tankless Water Heater (Amazon)
I upgraded from a bulky 75-gallon “dumb” tank to the Rheem Ikonic super high-efficiency tankless propane water heater to make hot water part of my smart home. It’s much smaller, rated for 11.2 GPM, and I like that it can be connected to Wi‑Fi as part of the setup. Just plan for a proper install—gas, plumbing, electrical, venting, and a condensate solution all matter here.
