In this video I’m walking you through my current Canon C80 rig that I’m using for commercial video production—basically the build that lets me move fast on set without the camera turning into a fragile science project. I break down the core pieces of the rig (camera, cage, baseplate, grip setup) and how I’m laying everything out so it stays balanced, modular, and actually comfortable to operate for long days. I also cover my monitoring and wireless video setup with the SmallHD Cine 5 and DJI SDR, plus the little stuff that makes the rig feel “finished”: anti-twist mounting, clean cable runs (BNC/HDMI), and powering accessories with a V-mount and the right 2-pin lemo cable.
