in this video, I’m sharing my current "Dad Routine"—a realistic, sustainable way to stay healthy, mobile, and sharp without spending hours in the gym. It’s not about chasing the perfect physique or comparing yourself to others; it’s about moving your body so you can show up as the best version of yourself for the people who need you most. What my routine looks like right now: Gym: 2-3 times a week (focused on Push/Pull movements). Cardio/Agility: 2-3 times a week playing football (soccer) — this is where I get my leg work and fresh air! The Philosophy: Discipline over perfection. Just get moving. Stop letting excuses or the "body image trap" hold you back. Whether it’s a quick gym session, a hike, or just a walk outside, your health is what allows you to serve your family and your community with integrity.
