Living Noire Ep. 25 | We Found a New Coffee Obsession Just Outside Atlanta

Welcome back, Noire Babes and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🥳 In this Living Noire episode, we’re visiting a brand-new coffee spot in Duluth, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. We came expecting pastries and quickly learned this is a drink-focused café — and honestly, the drinks alone made the visit worth it. Kafeiin Coffee only opened recently, and after such a strong grand opening, they had to temporarily close to catch up with demand. When we visited, their signature flan wasn’t available yet, but after tasting the drinks, we already know we’ll be back to try it. Here’s what we ordered and why we rated each drink the way we did: Salted cloud coffee (Vietnamese, strong option) — 10/10 This drink earned a perfect score for balance. The salted cheese foam was rich and creamy without being heavy, adding a subtle salty contrast that enhanced the sweetness rather than overpowering it. The Vietnamese coffee was bold but smooth, giving depth and strength without bitterness. It felt indulgent, well-crafted, and intentional — decadent without crossing into overly sweet territory. Guava bloom tea — 8.8/10 We loved how refreshing this was. The green tea base stayed light and clean, allowing the guava flavor to shine without tasting artificial or syrupy. Even as non–green tea drinkers, this worked beautifully. The crystal boba added texture without heaviness. While it wasn’t our favorite between the two, it was still a strong, well-executed drink we’d happily order again. While we wish there had been something sweet to pair with our drinks, the quality of the beverages alone left a strong impression.
