From the moment we sat down, we knew this was a “Mom Must Come” experience. We started with fresh guacamole and queso tornado, both rich, flavorful, and perfect with their house tostadas. For drinks, the guava lemonade mocktails were a showstopper — bright, refreshing, and easily the best mocktails we’ve had all season. Dinner featured authentic birria de res (tender, flavorful beef in rich consomé) and street tacos with bone marrow, alongside shareable sides like broccolini and frijoles charros. To end the night, we indulged in bourbon pecan pie à la mode and one of the best cups of espresso we’ve had in Atlanta. Every bite felt like home — beautifully presented, deeply flavorful, and made with care. Casa Balam delivered from start to finish.
