'A Cosmic Coincidence' August 21st 2017, the Great American Eclipse is about to happen. Experience the different kind of road trip from Chicago to the southern tip of Illinois where the totality of the Solar Eclipse was longest, peaking at around 2:40. This was a once in a lifetime experience, leaving me in awe and making the 13 hour return drive up north totally worth it. It was absolutely mind blowing to see the environment go from daytime to nighttime within seconds at totality and spot a massive black hole in the sky surrounded by a mesmerising glimmer. Luckily we also found the perfect spot to witness this cosmic event in Shawnee National Forest at a beautiful lake. Share your story in the comments!
