BNSF Model Train Switching & Once Around The Yard

This very realistic model of a BNSF freight train was made in G-scale (1/32) by MTH trains. The video starts by showing some train switching as the diesel locomotive moves from a siding over to the mainline, and backs up in to and couples with some rail cars. With the box cars firmly attached, the locomotive proceeds forward, ramps up to full speed, and does a full loop around this backyard layout before finally slowing down and then coming to a complete stop again. The company that made this model locomotive (MTH Trains) severely downsized in recent years after the founder retired. They haven't made any new G-scale products since the 2020-21 model year, and it wouldn't surprise me if they only focused on the smaller scales such as HO in the years ahead. Therefore, this locomotive is a rare jewel in my model train collection, and it would be nearly impossible for others to find this particular locomotive for sale anywhere any longer. It features factory-installed DCC circuitry and sound effects, unlike other large-scale BNSF locomotives currently on the market. This model train video was made without any narration so that it could be enjoyed by people of all nationalities and ages. Enjoy the sounds of this realistic model train as it runs around my yard in southeastern Washington state, in the Pacific Northwest area of the United States of America. Check out the other model train videos on my YouTube channel if you're a fan of large-scale realistic model trains by manufacturers such as LGB, Piko, Bachmann, and MTH Trains. #trainvideos
