Change a Photo from Horizontal to Vertical with Lightroom and Photoshop (Landscape Photo Editing)

If you have questions, let me know! --- In this photo I take an image and quickly edit it in Adobe Lightroom, then process it in Photoshop to transform it from horizontal to vertical, then replace the sky.
