Hey guys! I realized I did not get a chance to speak in my previous video and i added 1 cup of spinach which for starters might be too much. In this video however, i used only 1/2 cup of spinach. These smoothies are my way of sneaking in those healthy veggies into my 3 year old son's diet. I will also show two similar recipes with different fruits. I made another video where i used many of the same fruits and vegetables but added blueberries and more spinach if you want to check it out later: https://youtu.be/dzaCCVxLBmQ *try to use low fat milk for your toddlers Recipe 1: for starters 1 cup of low fat milk 1/2 cup spinach handful of baby carrots (1/2 cup of carrots should be fine) 4 strawberries 1 banana ice recipe 2 : for starters 1/2 cup of spinach 1 mango 1/2 cup baby carrots half or more of a banana ice 1 cup of low fat milk *use honey to sweetened it a little and/or add peanut butter i will try to make more video like these if you guys like.
